• XXL, the mac-daddy. No need to adjust the height. Great for full contact training

Renegade’s Recommendation

The Standard is ok for light bag work. If you are going to be laying-in serious kicks you have to go with the Powerline. The powerline has very thick padding. I don’t recall ever bottoming-out (feeling the inner plastic spine). With the stanard version, you will definately hurt your leg if you throw a hard kick. Plus the powerline is durable- I’ve been using my current set of bags for over 4 years and they are a little scuffed-up, but in excellent condition.
