- Regular (up to 140 lbs.)
- Large (140 to 185 lbs.)
- XL ( over 185 lbs.)
The Regular are REALLY small. As a person of average build, 6 foot 200 pounds, the X-Large fit best. If you are looking for a tight fit, I would not suggest going down a size. The straps will have trouble staying attached.
