  1. MMA Fighter – Learn all aspects of the Mixed Martial Arts Sport. From Grappling to Ring management. This program is for the student that intends to one day compete in MMA.
     
  2. Fit Fighter – Train like a MMA Fighter, for a fight you will never have. Who are the people in the best shape… Fighters! This program is designed for the Martial Arts student that does not want to compete, but still wants to learn MMA and benefit from the grueling workout of a fighter.

Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8pm

Saturday 12 noon and 6pm
